Activity 8 (a)
Write a paragraph in about eighty words on the changes that you see in nature when spring comes after winter.
Spring Season
Spring comes after the cold winter and brings new life to nature. The weather becomes warm and pleasant. New green leaves appear on the bare branches of trees. Colourful flowers bloom everywhere, filling the air with a sweet smell. Birds start singing happily in the woods. Butterflies and bees fly from flower to flower. The days become longer and brighter. Everyone feels energetic and happy. Spring is truly the most beautiful season of the year.
Activity 8 (b)
You have a separate routine of work in the morning and in the evening. Write a page in your diary on that part of the day which you prefer more.
My Favourite Part of the Day
Date: 20th April, 2024
Time: 9:00 PM
I prefer the morning time the most. Waking up early, I see the beautiful sunrise and feel the fresh, cool breeze. The chirping of birds sounds like music to my ears. I go for a walk in the park, which makes me feel refreshed and energetic. Then I study for some time before going to school. Everything is so calm and peaceful in the morning. It gives a perfect start to my day, unlike the evenings when I feel a bit tired after the whole day’s work.
